Get factory unlock code for transmitting on unlicensed freq. (GMRS).
Not allowed to ship enabled to both VHF & UHF. Radios must be registered as one or the other in the USA.

I misspoke. It can't do those and GMRS both legally. It must either be GMRS or VHF/UHF...
