Inflationary Economy is the root cause. I made decision also base on this fact. For us, our market salary is far weaker compare to cost of good material. Our Good Medical and Education is not cheap.
I happen to met a medium class China Chinese is also gave the same answer. In China, Petrol, Education and Medical cost is expensive for them.
