For a carnivore to have enough vitamins and minerals is crucial to eat not only meat but also innards such as livers.

Livers contains a large scale of B-vitamins such as B12, riboflavin B2, niacin B3, B6 or folic acids B9. Not to mention vitamin C or phosphorus.

My problem is that I can’t stand the taste. I love the smell… but have a very hard time to swallow it.

Fortunately there is a solution - RAW organic liver from 🇨🇿 Czech mountains in capsules!

I used to think this too until I heard Dr. Chaffe's views on it. I no longer thnlink organ meat is essential.
