I'd like to add that "they" have nothing but *raw power* over you, and *zero* legitimate authority. Churches that teach otherwise have been coopted by the devil himself, promoting distorted translations of Scripture.
It doesn't matter how much you practice these... Until you flush out the contaminants from your flesh and bones the tyrants will have hold of you on a cellular level extracting and mining your peace, keeping you in captivity in layers of their matrix in all kinds of various of invidious and subtle ways.
Start with examining every ingredient you put in your mouth. Every ingredient soaking through your skin, breathed in, injected and consumed through any of your sources.
It enters and it latches and it anchors. And then you can truth tell all day long but that slice of glyphosate soaked pizza created holes in your gut in half an hour and that leaky gut and candida overgrowth is fogging your brain with confusion. Just as an example.
