Multiple txs on Bisq, HodlHodl, Peach etc? May be able to do it in 1, but you’d have to check the order books.
I can only guess that you'd have to use bisq, hodlhodl, robosats, localbitcoins, etc. and just become a taker for sell offers for a while until you've accumulated as much as you want.
Otherwise, you'd need connections with larger holders to coordinate larger p2p deals.
Yes it's not hard. You can reasonably zelle 10k per day, you'll be done in a week which is how long it takes for a KYC buy to settle so you can withdraw it
As everyone else has said, you're gonna probably have to use robosats, bisq and peach simultaneously
