Sounds like the WEF/NWO parasites are disappointed with the lack of jabs administered & that people aren't scared enough about "climate change," so they will scare people by controlling water & then telling us there's not enough clean water & we're all gonna die if we don't comply with their agenda.

SA: racial quotas literaly everywhere + usual college degradation

I imagine:

the old eng. with old-school-british-style retired. He was not a genius, but he could read a tech book.

The new eng. went to college via quotas, become an expert on communist agitprop and bulge drinking. Then he was hired by racial quotas.

He inherited the books from the old guy, but they are too long and difficult for him.
