This is a random thought I had this morning.
I think Django Unchained is my favorite movie ever. There is no other movie I can easily rank above this one.

It has everything! A great story, a love story, amazing comedy, acting is on another level, iconic scenes, great progression, it’s long enough… the list goes on.
It is a great film. However, The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly ranks higher in my book. It also inspired Tarantino for many of his movies both in terms of directing (Sergio Leone) and soundtrack (Ennio Morricone). Tarantino includes quite a few scenic and musical nods to both creators in Django, Kill Bill etc…
