Rather disappointed re Jennifer Lopez’s ex-bf!
This is one of the reason WHY I think girls (under early 30s) should date someone CLOSE to their age, within their generation, so that they get pop culture and other references.
Probably THE BIGGEST Reason: POWER Imbalance!
A guy who is twice your age and old enough to be your Dad or Grandfather = INAPPROPRIATE age dating, imho!
Especially girls in their 20s whose brain has NOT fully formed and 20s is when a girl should be exploring options and making mistakes to learn from.
A 24 year old person is NOT yet a fully formed Adult yet!
I would advise girls to NOT date a man who is in a DIFFERENT life stage than you, it doesn’t matter if he is wealthy or “VIP” person!
24 yrs old girl and - 35 year old man = DIFFERENT life stages!
Pretty much all straight men are gonna be physically attracted to pretty girls in their 20s — most guys are simpleton SHALLOW creatures, usually guided by their “little brain” 🍆
(Most ladies are also SHALLOW, looking for a guy with money & status, however, the kind of SHALLOW Bitches I do NOT like!)
There might be a rare younger girl - older man pairing that may work but those are VERY RARE!!
And with those, it was other than PHYSICAL attraction for the pairing — INTELLECTUAL connection — that initiated the spark!
An example would be Actor/Comedian/Musician (🪕)
Steve Martin & Wife who was a Staff member at The New Yorker magazine, don’t recall her name, but she had glasses and is obvi also very intelligent!
In that case, it wasn’t some old guy just wanting to fk a hot 20something girl or have PRETTY 💅🏼👙🎀 arm candy to parade around or series of Hot Model girlfriend toys to play with, a total fking cliche!
And I’m certain Steve Martin behaved very gentlemanly towards her when wooing her.
Steve Martin is very intelligent, a good writer and his knowledge about art is extensive!
I think he’s very interesting and would definitely meet up for conversation.
Since I do know a guy Writer who was on the Staff at The New Yorker (we met up for coffee at a chocolate cafe which I was terribly late to in Brooklyn), so can do pretty close link 🔗 to Steve Martin & wife.
Anyway, my general advice to girls = DATE a guy CLOSER to your age when/if looking for a romantic partner!
