Oh one more thing I forgot even to mention: the cost of insurance for high rise. Just imagine the cost of repairs when a top floor flooded. All lower floors are ruined. This is not a bias this is physics. Low rise condos are the ONLY solution. I am in the industry and I know what money is involved for such things. 🤙
