@Eimi_LTY @DrJessTaylor Real young women, in real life, were not denied the right to be unsexualized or desexualized, nature made them want to flirt with the boys, and society in the form of the church, the school, the parents, tried really hard to forbid them from expressing sexuality.

@Eimi_LTY @DrJessTaylor It is very likely that a million men in the American mid-west who went to Catholic schools at that time first fell in love with, and/or had their first erotic experience with a young woman who wore that archetypal plaid skirt every day. Those men are in their 50s now.

@Eimi_LTY @DrJessTaylor In the US crime has fallen by 50% in the last 30 years in every single category. We are all, young and old, half as likely to be crime victims now as we were then. Google has been around for most of that time. Is Google responsible for this massive drop in the crime rate?
