Got all the neighbour’s leaves raked up today lol. In a separate story, had to rescue the lady down the street from the other neighbours’ pit bull last night. She came to feed the dogs across the alley at this place, and encountered the other neighbours’ pit bull that had escaped their yard and had already made a run at me in my garage when I got home. Second time I’ve hoofed this thing under the chin with a steel toe in my own garage in the past year as I exited my vehicle. This dog had the lady down the street totally cornered and baring its teeth until I came out, got it to come at me again, and hosed it down with pepper spray, just as the owners were pulling around the corner to come home. I thought it was going to get ugly. But it didn’t. The joys of life in a town. I can’t wait till we get our own acreage.
