I think nostr:npub12262qa4uhw7u8gdwlgmntqtv7aye8vdcmvszkqwgs0zchel6mz7s6cgrkj would know EXACT details, heavy nostr hacker (I also wanted contribute couple nostr harvested sats to the cause and just pay the invoice cuz Pablo is da man)

Semisol will tell you more. Now I vaugely remember reading notes in past that relays have allowable threshold for such timestamps as they come in (I believe not 100%)
