This one is actually incredibly simple: stop wearing shoes that damage your feet

Let’s start with 2 related and shocking facts:

1. 95% of shoe wearing people are unknowingly wearing shoes that fuck up their feet

2. 75% of shoe wearing people develop foot problems at some point in their lives

We define shoes that fuck up your feet as unnatural. Unnatural shoes are pointed, stiff, have an elevated heel, artificial support and a thick, cushioned heel. These shoes quite literally disable, deform and damage human feet. Stop wearing them and your feet immediately begin restoring themselves back to default, healthy settings

Spend time barefoot, and when you need to protect your feet, wear natural shoes

Natural shoes are foot shaped (widest at the toes), flexible, flat, have a thin sole and are fixed to your feet (aka not flip flops)

Wearing shoes that don’t mess up your feet is a lower body health cheat code
