What are the more privacy respecting AI services people are using (not including self-hosted). Venice.ai , Brave's Leo, Duck.ai - what other options are there?
If you are not self hosting there is no way to confirm their promises

Agreed. Treating these solutions in a similar way to VPN. I still wouldn't give it certain information.
