This once happened to me. And I fumbled my words while saying, Oh nana what’s this!! you shouldn’t have.

Somehow she didn’t hear the “you shouldn’t have” part and thought I was complaining.

Gave me and my father a wtf look, went in and got me a bigger bill.

I felt so bad and confused because that wasn’t what I was saying.

God bless her soul. Sorry nana.

How cute!

For me it was my grandpa, he’s the only one I had he would hand me money and make me promise to have a few drinks on him that evening-later on I’d see that he had taken half of my cigarettes out of my packet 😂

My grandpa zapped big. I honestly have no idea where he got that kinda money, he didn’t seem wealthy.
