Is there anyone who still believes this utter bullshit? Unemployment is "record low" because he sent 1.5m people to die in a foreign country, so they now have to pull people from India to fulfill basic civilian jobs, inflation is two digits, base rate is killing all civilian business.
The Moscow Times: Since the beginning of the year, the number of payment defaults in tenders announced by state-owned companies (!) has almost tripled in #Russia. While in 2024 there were 1.5 billion roubles worth of enforcement requests, this year the figure has already reached 4.03 billion. It is mainly state-owned companies that are in arrears with payments to subcontractors, causing a whole cascade of arrears further down the line."
