I know it’s getting kinda late but where does carbon steel land on the scale of you psychos who fight about stainless steel vs cast iron?

I need to settle on a skillet and not sure which way to go.

Hands down cast iron skillet… just gotta make sure you season it properly and clean it right.

It seems like the most lindy honestly and kinda love the idea of it being indestructible

Don't get cast iron if you have an induction hob.

Yes, we learnt the hard way - thought our brand new induction hot plate was faulty but you need special pans. Stainless works. 👊
