To explain somewhat.

I've spent over 10 years busting these ciphers, for many of those years, fighting through intel agencies ... mainly UK and USA ones ... Before they realised I was a good guy ... (FYI, SAS veterans estimated to me, just in the first six days of my remote torture, the enemy spent over £500 million (half a billion) trying to murder me}.

Now I have at least the following in tow; USA #DIA, #CIA, #NSA, #NGA, #NCTC, #FBI, #DARPA #USAFSecurityForces, #USSpecialForces, #USMCUK #MI5, #SAS, #SBS, #16thAirAssaultCombatTeam (Britain's rapid reaction force), Royal Marines ... and I could go on (and on, and on).

In all that, at some point, we would have to start SUCCESSFULLY teaching CIVILIANS worldwide, these ciphers (the only way to end their use as they are built into the English Language itself, is to expose that to the general population).

You are the first civilian, WORLDWIDE, outside of one civilian (who doesn't count as he's like me an oathtaker, and did have some personal instruction from me) ... to 'get' the cipher, at any level. You get at least the first layer, it would seem (if you get the dropping of ZERO's), atm; 33% of the way to 100% understanding. And ... I'd never even spoken to you before = other CAN learn, without specific PERSONAL instruction.
