I still need to back on Carnivore diet Again. After I quit on Carnivore my immune was decreased by Sugar(Fake Sugar) .
I’m planning to buy more beef like ground beef , Picanha , Ribeyes and Oyster blade for cooking slowly and enjoy it.
For me, Egg is the carnivore fast food. Just crack, cook(คลุก) and eat. Hope you add to your carnivore diet list.
