Agree we should invite more here, but I don’t believe the issue with Twitter is the people. I realize now that I was baited into discussions and got seriously riled up over things I’m not even that passionate about. It’s by design and not how it was in 2009 when I first joined.

Not only, that's true. Putting people against each other is just maximizing the attention time of the users. Nostr is inherently resilient against that degradation of incentives.
