It's a bit later actually but it's great to get a little of it everyday and then throw in longer fasts every next week.

Some years ago I had almost 2 month of constant partying, drinking and eating garbage.. of course that made me have sugar cravings and eating something every 4/5 hrs.
I start fasting first meal after 10 hrs and that was the hardest.
From there I had a meal every 16... 24..28...36...42 hrs.
Did not push myself , I listened my body.
