I don't rememorize my keys, incase I get old and dementia or become mentally unstable. I don't need to be yelling out my passphrase in an old folks home someday

Maybe I'll post the full story one day.
But my father received a lot of cash from an investment in the hold country. A lot of cash.
He kept it
I'm a safety deposit box in his bedroom for may years.
Within a five year span he developed severe dementia/ Alzheimer's. It was a very rapid demise.
Toward the end, my family opened his safety deposit box, we had the code, to find none of the cash.
And to this day our family has no idea what my dad did with the money after his mind had deteriorated. It was untraceable. The money had vanished, along with my father.
