So I was at this music festival last week and I made a pact with myself to keep it to water only. Ofcourse I had a few beers lol.
But it shocked me how many people were drinking Redbull and Monster energy drinks 😦. People don’t realise the consequences of drinking those, well I would call em drinks, but in fact it’s poison.
Maybe there are some exceptions, but water is in fact all you need to drink, it hydrates better than whatever else is out there.

Exactly what I was thinking. The water bottles are bigger than the redbull cans tho.
