Is there a possibility to not comply if the law gets passed...? A little civil disobedience if you will?
protocols is the way you not comply. If you send mail crypted with your gpg or if you send nostr dm crypted with your npub you will not comply. The two solution are not great cause a lot of metadata leaks, but in general, if we build over protocols then no legislation would took from us our privacy
