The only reason I’m on here is because I’m supporting decentralized tech and trying to fill a void in meaning and reason that I don’t see in RL, while punching a clock for a fraction of what my time is worth, and that I should be trying to fill in more productive ways in RL. I could spin up a new nsec five minutes later and quickly gain back my follows to the 50 people that actually post useful content. As for followers, the ones I like would find me anyway, because I’d message them my new npub before I deleted my profile. Otherwise I couldn’t care less.

I’ve been thinking that routinely deleting one’s profile and spinning up a new one is a good way to clean house on one’s follows anyway. And likely better opsec.

Might do it this week. It’s about time.
