One of the architects of California's 3 strikes law has left us

Mike W Reynolds passed away at 12:15 AM, July 9th

We will never know how many lives he saved in the name of his daughter who was senselessly murdered by a repeat felon who was unnecessarily on the street.

Now California is repeating the mistakes that killed that innocent young woman.
