Today my friend flew 10,000 lb of gold bricks across the USA.

The cost to charter was $40,000/hr, for a 5 hour flight.

Pretty wild that in order to move $450,000,000+ worth of gold, it cost the owner $200,000 and many other transport costs.

Not to mention it was flown across the country in BOEING 767, with no other cargo on board!!
