I met Mike Green years ago at a Bretton Woods event. Although we haven’t always agreed, his recent article is excellent. We’ll see when he comes around to understanding the solution.

Wise guys often are civil.. please if possible make the debate watchable somewhere, would be super interesting for sure and for many IMHO.
