Just a word of warning if you see shit coins go on a massive pump before bitcoin top's out, then chances are the top is. Capital flows from BTC into Alts (watch Eth/BTC dominance) then in to stables.

Disbelief rally, but not the start of the next bull run... need a lot bigger participants demanding #BTC.
