Monero is infinitely better than Bitcoin. It has a greater focus on privacy, decentralization, financial freedom, and staying true to Satoshi's original vision. Hence why it can actually scale and act as the digital currency he envisioned. Whereas Bitcoiners are only fixated on a "number go up" ponzi while begging U.S. regulators to ban all competition. It's no wonder darknet markets are all abandoning Bitcoin and want nothing to do with LN.

There are reasons for financial transactions to be untraceable, and there are reasons for them to be transparent. Bitcoin is more likely than Monero to become a reserve currency for international trade settlement and inter-bank settlement.

You guys change the narrative every few years. If it ever gets to the point where it is a reserve currency, it'll be so co-opted that Satoshi's original goal of a decentralized, permissionless, currency will be gone. And again, the reserve currency argument is just another instance of "number go up", it has nothing to do with freedom or breaking away from centralized governments.
