The OP should be able to specify the conditions on his client to approve a like or reply

The conditions could be

* An account OP follows

* A second or 3rd level follow of OP

* Anyone who pays a certain amount of SATs

* Anyone in a public list

* Or anything else

Clients should have an option to show only approved replies & likes
