I like her face. A bit elfin and ephemeral. Calming. But, the comparison was odious.

Not in the least because it's pitting "someone girlishly pretty" against "well-known genius", as if they were dichotomies, rather than two completely uncorrellated traits. Also mildly insulting to Lyn, as she's spent her whole life establishing her professional credentials, and that effort didn't include trying to win beauty pageants. She's smart and talented enough that people will be predisposed to finding her attractive, anyway.

Of course, comparisons are always odious, but whatever.
