That's a lot of bean in that jar! I worry I didn't put enough in my trial batch. Tastes decent after 3 months or so, but could be stronger

That’s 4oz of vanilla beans chopped up… you can just let it sit longer or you can always put more beans in it but you have to start you count down again… you wont have a really good idea about quality of extraction until about 11 months in from my experience…
You can try giving it a lil shake one a day n keep it in a slightly warmer spot… above the stove etc just don’t let it get to warm you don’t want to make vapers or n e thing like that…
