That's some strange behaviour. I don't have a mini but two mk3s and never had any problems.
Did you ask support if the can help? Maybe something hardware related is broken?
So Prusa mini wasn't such a good buy I hoped. She's picky in filaments, to get material back out you have to unscrew bowden upon extruder and cut that baked filament ball off and every now and then filament doesn't go through well in the middle of bigger print like in the photo. Sigh. I'm thinking of selling and buying a bigger thing. And I was quite fond of Průša.😕 #3dprint #prusa #filament
