For a non-intellectual? Sure, you can call it whatever you wish.

For normal folks, communism an economic needs and capital ownership assesing economic system, and has literally nothing to do with punishing criminals who don't obey the very basics of another person's liberty and freedoms.

But thanks for playing. I have zero doubt you gave it your all.

I mean you are talking about communal punishment...

You can hide behind definitions all you want. I know communism when I see it

Yes. I believe in the community punishing dunces if society. You wouldn't last long in my city.

So justice is something to be shared with the community? For the greater good?

Yes. That's literally the point of courts and punishing bad behavior.

Societal policing, elected justices, a jury of our peers, keeping ciminals and those who violate others liberty are punished by their community.

Hi, I'm history, you new here?

I think you aren't picking up what I am putting down.

Timmy calls Kelly fat. Timmy is tried and convicted in a court with an elected judge of his peers. You then suggest that Timmy be punished by the entire community. Is it justice for Kelly or for the community? Are Kelly's idea of justice the same as the communities? What if Kelly just wants an apology? What if Kelly wants to pay somwone to beat him up? What if Kelly is so humiliated by this while ordeal she just wants it all to go away? Maybe Kelly just wanted money?

But no Timmy needs to be dragged in front of everyone to be publicly humiliated and shamed and punished by everyone in the whole community. I am sorry but that sounds like a communist form of justice. Capitalism is much more effective. I don't even have to use an elected judge or jury of my peers. I and/or my counter party can pay a judge to settle any dispute or I can hire a bounty hunter. The way things used to be done throughout history
