The thing about uploading copyrighted content is that it’s an infringement and thus Flare will have to delete these vids or face the risk of a shutdown.
As far as I understand the videos are stored in the AWS account of the people running the site, they are not magically stored in a sort of decentralised cloud or anything similar ;)
I'm not sure it's uploaded at all. I just put in a link to the YouTube video 🤔 rather than host it with them. I think it's just embedded the YouTube.
Oh that might work. Then the infringement is on YouTube’s side as it doesn’t get re-uploaded 😄
I can’t play the video either, Flare is still kinda rough as it just launched so let’s wait and see.
