Is that what they would try to do with Nostr, fine every relay they can find an "offending" note on?
I doubt this legislation would apply to nostr. But I'd have not read the legislation. Even if it did apply, governments don't go after "little guy" cases unless they want you for some other reason... they make big cases against giant social media companies as a deep-pocket fiat grab under the guise of keeping people safe.
