ZEUS v0.11.4-rc2 is now available for testing.

v0.11.4 highlights:

- Pay to hybrid Lightning addresses (BIP-353/BOLT-12 + LNURL-pay)

Never heard of hybrid Lightning address. Is that somehow an LNURL address combined with BOLT12 address, so that the payment can be completed using either method?
