Here is what a BSVler comments on your post. I got one in a Telegram group and he just can't shut up about it:
"Sort of, That's one way to look at it! But it's more complicated than that actually. He owns the rights of the blockchain data base (to protect it from unscrupulous minds and Banksters/Fraudsters) but gave its use to humanity and ensure that the protocol will be fix for years to come!!"
