Germany 🇩🇪: The German Association of Judges criticized the “marijuana law” project proposed by the Federal Ministry of Health.

According to the association, the law will not reduce demand on the black market, on the contrary, demand should increase.

The project foresees that the purchase and possession of up to 25 grams of cannabis will remain unpunished in the future, even if purchased on the black market.
