Four days ago, all the webcams in London went black. It's not mentioned in the news, at all. Upwards of 200 webcams. So a high level decision was made to have them shut off. Why?

One possible reason is that time was used to move false-flag evidence into London. So that after a false-flag event, the evidence would be found all over. Would this be a false-flag event to blame on Russia?
