While I'm not exclusive to it I am something of an Ethiopian maxi. When it comes to coffee it's kind of like Bitcoin. It was the first one and there is no second best.

I was drinking a blend of Light Roasted Ethiopian and Peruvian. It was a experimental bag from my roaster this month. It is really good. I am probably going to add it to my rotation.
