Today I started cancelling the noise.
I deleted all unnecessary apps from my phone: Netflix, TikTok, instagram, news, etc. Muted all my WhatsApp chats.
How do you deal with all the noise?

all my notifications are off by default 🙌🏼 its a peaceful life with no push notifications on social apps, cuts a lot of noise. That way I don't even think of opening apps, only if i think about my lovely frens anyway!
My only weakpoint is watching youtube shorts sometimes :D

GM brother. I cut out the noise. Im relentless. Did it years ago. Changed my life for the better. Focus on signal. Everything else is fiat noise. Lifetime & corn. Nothing else for me.
