Any time someone says āX should be illegalā, it raises implementation questions. āWho enforces the ban?ā āWhat is the penalty for violation?ā
In this case, youāre talking about banning advertising (speech). So I want to know: who do you propose to put in charge of enforcement? What are the penalties for violations?
Itās easy to say something that you donāt like āshould be illegalā. Itās much harder to produce a comprehensive plan for enforcement.
