A lot of senior citizens in my city get $125 a month from the health insurance and they can only spend it at Walmart and Walgreens and they can only buy from the pharmacy section and a handful of food but mostly pharmacy stuff.. if they only use $25 the next month it resets to $125.

💯Just like during Covid when all the small businesses were ordered closed and all the big box chains remained open. Basically testing what people will accept and how effective they can be at targeting sectors of the economy to stimulate.
