Limiting the scope of a nostr application is really hard, there are so many opportunities to expand since we have endless data interoperability (what I've been referring to as "data becoming liquid")
Focusing the scope into serving one value prop really damn well is very hard but something we should be aware of.
That is exactly the point most developers will fail in not knowing their focus group nor having a propper requirement analysis.
We'll see a lot of disclocated potential in Development.
I think that'll be a big strength of Nostr: very specific clients with focused scope.
You’ll probably need feature parity with whatever you’re trying to replace unless your idea is way more innovative (unlikely).
