In short, a teenage romance from Studio Ghibli, directed by Yosifumi Kondo. Shizuki, an aspiring writer gets curious about the person who's been checking out the same books as her at the library. That person turns out to be Seiji, whose grandfather owns a curio shop & wants to be a luthier. As the pair hang out at the shop, Shizuku's bond with Seiji grows stronger and her fervor for writing takes flight too.
