Not too much, I’d say about 30m per day in total, or less. I can review about ~400 uploads in that time. Majority of uploads are handled by AI, only some percentage that needs manual review when AI marks it potentially unsafe

It’s now mostly tame, one or two same guys with their daily dick pics and videos, a few OnlyFans-like girls with their artistic nudes, and occasional butthole or two. Very little porn after I started deleting it immediately and sometimes going to their profile and reply to the post with link to the tos
