If your heart stops beating because you had a genetic predisposition, were you in danger? I would say no but life is fragile. If 3 guys are running after you with baseball bats, then you’re probably in danger. And life is still fragile. My point is that life is always fragile. I would see nuance with being in danger/not being safe

I get how you see it and dont think its wrong or anything its just a difference on our definition of safe 🤝

Safe to me means isolated from all harm but being alive means i will experience hurt physical emotional etc.

To you correct me if wrong it sounds like safe is when you have no active danger

I guess I see it as a spectrum. You’re relatively safe when there’s no active known danger, even though a brick could fall on your head, etc…
