I don't even know what the fluoride in water does, and at this point I'm too afraid to ask.
I still filter it out though.

Basically nothing. Still good for teeth but bad for brain development in young kids. I’d say it’s fine in moderation. Best if you spit it out if brushing with it, try not to drink …
I read (but never verified) that it was added to the drinking water of political prisoners by the Nazis *and* Communists because it made them more docile. Based on the amount of “fact checks” you encounter upon trying to research it, it’s at least likely to be true.
From a spiritual perspective it allegedly calcifies your Pineal Gland, thus disrupting/weakening your spiritual connection to whatever metaphysical something you believe to be connected to your meatsuit. Difficult to verify without opening up any skulls. :)
So hard to know anything for sure 😩
It's good for teeth topically. I don't buy that it is good to ingest though. I use it in toothpaste and filter my water. I could be wrong, but I'm too skeptical of what it could be doing to other parts of the body. Better for us to just skip it.
Turns the frickin' frogs gay
~ Alex Jones
Nah. He was talking about some hormone disrupting chemicals and he was right, sorta. The frogs become transsexuals rather than gay
Andrew Huberman has a few episodes on flouride.
Linked to low IQ
Seems to be a common theme among these responses. Some kind of negative effects on developing brains.
Intentional or not, who knows.
Sodium fluoride is an industrial byproduct from, don't quote me but I think aluminium production.
Some corrupt scientists accepted money from corporations to make up studies that link fluoride consumption to dental improvements.
Populations who eat a diet naturally high in * calcium fluoride * have stronger healthier teeth.
There's no evidence, at least that I'm aware of that sodium fluoride is good for teeth, it actually causes dental fluorosis (because your body mistakes the sodium fluoride for calcium fluoride) which makes your teeth and bones brittle.
If you google search "dental fluorosis" and look at the pictures then pay attention to the people you speak to irl you'll notice this issue is extremely widespread.
It's the unholy alliance between big pharma chemical companies and industrial manufacturing.
Instead of paying money to dispose of a toxic by-product, they get paid to dump it into our drinking water.
Most of the cognitive issues people claim are caused by fluoride don't have much evidence to support (there is some but honestly the research just isnt being done)
Lead, pfas chemicals, and airborne microplastics are all way way bigger concerns in my opinion.
